McCray is the CEO of Highwood Capital, leading development for political, business, and nonprofit entities. He served as Senior Advisor and head of fundraising for the Trump-Vance presidential campaign and the Republican National Committee, where he raised $1.1 billion in eight months. A former corporate attorney with Dorsey & Whitney LLP and Dow Lohnes & Albertson, he specialized in M&A, private equity, and corporate governance. He has advised governors, senators, presidential campaigns, and major organizations including the PGA Tour, the Washington Capitals & Wizards, and the Bipartisan Policy Center.
JIM MCCRAY
President and founder of GRV Strategies. Ventry is a former top adviser to Rep. Elise Stefanik and Rep. James Comer. Previously chief of staff for Rep. Ken Buck where he was the top Republican staffer on House Judiciary’s antitrust investigations. He also served as senior communications adviser for the Senate Judiciary Committee and Senator Grassley. Ventry is the co-founder of the Washington Reporter and GrayHouse. Ventry also regularly appears on Fox News and NBC News to provide political and policy analysis.
GARRETT VENTRY
Jason Thielman is the former Executive Director of the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC), where he led Republicans to a four-seat gain in 2024, securing the party’s largest Senate majority since 2014. He previously served as Chief of Staff to Senator Steve Daines, playing a central role in tax negotiations on the Senate Finance Committee and guiding Daines’ successful campaigns. Thielman has also advised Governor Greg Gianforte in both congressional and gubernatorial races.

Josh Helton is an attorney and political advisor who worked with the Trump-Vance campaign as a Senior Advisor to the RNC, NRSC and NRCC to help architect the national election integrity program. He has counseled presidential campaigns, national committees, congressional leaders, and governors, with expertise in economic development and international trade policy. Additionally, he consulted on Trump’s 2020 re-election, Senate races, and served as Asst. Commissioner under Bill Hagerty at the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development.

Ashton Munholland is a dedicated advocate for American enterprise, a strategic business consultant with a track record of growing organizations and developing businesses. She has served as President of a Palm Beach Republican Club and led successful fundraising efforts across political spheres. Ashton serves as the Membership Director and Event Coordinator for American Growth Partnership to help foster meaningful dialogue, and advocating for pro-growth, pro-America solutions that drive economic resilience.
